At FlipUp, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a cancellation or refund for services booked through the FlipUp platform.
Cancellations
Booking Cancellation Before Acceptance
You may cancel a booking free of charge until the service provider accepts the request. To cancel your booking, open the FlipUp platform, navigate to your booking details, and select “Cancel Booking.”
If the booking is canceled before the provider accepts it, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made for the service.
Service Provider Unavailability
In rare situations where a service provider is unable to attend the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may decline the service request.
In such cases, you will have the option to:

Reschedule the appointment to another convenient time.

Cancel the booking and receive a full refund (for advance booking services).
No cancellation fee will be applied in these situations.
Refunds
If your service involved advance payment, the refund will be processed to the user’s wallet or original payment method, depending on the payment option used.
Situations Not Eligible for Full Refund
A full refund may not be applicable in the following situations:

You cancel the booking after the service provider has accepted the request.

You are dissatisfied with the work, but the service was completed as described in the platform.

Minor delays or inconveniences occur during service delivery.

You request additional changes or services after the provider has arrived, which may result in extra charges.
